For the past 3 years, I've been working with the coolest HR tech company (The Key Talent) as an HR Consultant. To sum up some of my responsabilities:- In charge of opening the first office in Central America as part of a worlwide growth strategy.- Responsible for the creation and execution of key business and commercial development initiatives to increase the sales flow of the portfolio of digital products, platforms and services.- Designed and delivered personalized presentations to decision makers resulting in a revenue of +150k in the first year.- Managed projects and served as primary liaison between client and multiple internal groups to ensure the success of the product or service implementation.- Worked closely with the marketing department to develop online strategies for positioning The Key Talent as a top brand in the region.- Planned and executed multiple webinars and product launch events to attract potential clients to the company.- Responsible for the full recruitment life-cycle, from sourcing strategies to talent recruitment for clients from diverse industries.

- Responsible for the analysis and creation of creative proposals for potential clients in collaboration with the sales team.- Collaborated with cross-functional resources to identify gaps and improvement areas in processes and products.- In charge of the creation and improvement of product and services portfolio presentations of the company.

- Managed and executed marketing strategies to generate and attract a greater flow of customers in the company's properties, as well as develop an optimization of customer service.- Responsible for guaranteeing the optimal design of marketing materials for the multiple projects of the company.- In charge of carrying out a study of the organizational climate to develop channels and strategies for its improvement.- Worked hand in hand with customers to maintain a high level of satisfaction leading to higher retention and possible future sales.- Produced and supervised a wide range of events such as grand openings, seasonal and family activities, logistics, decoration for two of the company venues.
