Strategic Sourcing for LATAM Direct Material and Tolling:- Management of a large categories in the Agrochemical business for Procurement perspective: chemicals, active ingredients, contract manufatures and B2B.- Collaboration with cross-functional teams, including Sales, Marketing, and Finance, to ensure alignment on pricing strategies.- Management of contracts, drafting letter, joining commercial and technical meetings.- Conduct cost-analysis (TCO) activities in partnership with finance and the business to identify cost savings opportunities against management targets- Develop market intelligence on supply base for the LATAM region, monitor key events that may result in a security of supply risk and identify risk mitigation actions.- Develop and execute subcategory sourcing strategies (e.g. RFI, RFP, RFQ, scorecard and bid analysis, etc.)- Negotiation of supplier contracts.- Develop and manage supplier relationships and manage supplier performance.- Provide regional input in the Global Category Management Strategies development and support their alignment with key regional stakeholders.- Management of large and complex procurement processes of projects in Latin America: participation in all project phases (NPI); from the early business development of the project, followed by the development of contract strategy; supplier market analysis and prequalification, contract negotiations, management of the lifetime of contract until the handover to the business team.

Strategic Sourcing- Responsible for the Indirect category strategy for manufacturing plants: contractor services, MRO, Opex, Capex, facilities services.- Implement Continuous Improvement activities with preferred providers as part of ongoing Supplier Relationship Management.- Actively contribute to and support the development and implementation of the LATAM Formulations Tolling category strategy. Ensure alignment with other regional and global category manager in order to successfully deliver the category strategic objectives.Operational- Understands the local business requirements for plant operations services by developing and maintaining interactions with Procurement team and key stakeholders- Develops and executes RFPs/RFIs, lead negotiations with suppliers, and development of contracts in conjunction with Legal department.
