CurrentMain activities: Carry out hire and termination processes for effective and/or temporary employees with the support of the supplier in order to provide a good experience to the employee;Monitor and approve requests, approvals and vacation deadlines, journey control, reports and other processes in the Meu RH system in order to comply with the deadlines determined by law;Update benefit purchase worksheets ensuring that payment is made on time and correctly;Preparing and sending out… Show more Main activities: Carry out hire and termination processes for effective and/or temporary employees with the support of the supplier in order to provide a good experience to the employee;Monitor and approve requests, approvals and vacation deadlines, journey control, reports and other processes in the Meu RH system in order to comply with the deadlines determined by law;Update benefit purchase worksheets ensuring that payment is made on time and correctly;Preparing and sending out offer letters; Developing policies and procedures and review them every year;Respond to chat and email from employees in order to resolve doubts regarding personnel department processes;Update area procedures and policies, as needed;Participate in the ISO Audit to meet the standards for certification;Support T&D and E&R programs, being leader in the implementation of new programs and ensuring the continuity of current ones;Be responsible for the review and update of the job description structure and responsibilities of the company's areas.
