As the Head of Public Relations, my responsibilities extended to receiving invitations from various organizations and selecting suitable delegates to represent our team. Additionally, I took on the crucial task of appointing a Project Officer, overseeing the planning, and ensuring the smooth continuity of two flagship projects within the PR division – Anjangsana and Keliling Safari.Anjangsana, a collaborative visiting activity for PRMK FEB and other campuses, provided enriching experiences. This year, we seized the opportunity to visit PRMK FH UNNES, fostering inter-campus connections. Simultaneously, the Keliling Safari, another significant initiative, involved visits to PRMK FEB and other Undip faculties. Notably, this year's Keliling Safari was successfully conducted twice. The first instance occurred in March, in collaboration with PRMK FT, and the second in September, in partnership with PRMK FKM.In addition to project management, I was responsible for copywriting for PRMK FEB's Instagram posts. This multifaceted role allowed me to contribute not only to the effective execution of major projects but also to the strategic communication and online presence of the PRMK FEB team. The combination of these responsibilities enhanced my skills in project coordination, collaboration, and content creation, providing valuable contributions to the overall success of the Public Relations division.

As a senior staff, I undertook the critical responsibilities of monitoring and managing MSA's cash flow, which demanded precision and attention to detail. This involved overseeing cash allocation for diverse projects, compelling me to exercise prudent management of available funds for lending purposes. Analyzing financial flows and making well-informed decisions became integral to my role. The intricate nature of these tasks not only sharpened my financial acumen but also reinforced the importance of strategic decision-making in maintaining the organization's fiscal health. Through this role, I contributed to the organization's financial stability by navigating the complexities of cash flow management and project funding with diligence and expertise.

As the Coordinator of Liaison Officer, I strategically assigned team members to initiate contact with prospective participants every week. This systematic approach resulted in the successful registration of an impressive 40 teams. Additionally, I played a pivotal role in coordinating activities ensuring the smooth flow of communication between the participating teams and the event organizers. We facilitated clear and timely information exchange and fostered a collaborative environment, contributing to the event's success. By overseeing these essential aspects, I aimed to enhance the engagement and participation experience for all involved parties, reinforcing the effectiveness and cohesion of our liaison efforts.

As Treasurer, I was pivotal in executing the MSP by meticulously crafting a comprehensive budget to serve as a guiding framework. This involved a thorough analysis and strategic allocation of financial resources to ensure the seamless implementation of the project. Additionally, I took charge of the systematic collection of invoices and receipts from each division, streamlining the reimbursement process and maintaining financial transparency. As the project concluded, I devoted attention to compiling detailed financial reports. This task involved synthesizing and presenting a comprehensive overview of the project's financial transactions, contributing to a thorough understanding of the fiscal aspects of the MSP.

As a staff, my responsibilities included the systematic collection of funds to sustain the team's cash flow, a task diligently performed on the 2nd and 20th of each month. Furthermore, I managed and prepared the financial report regularly, with a comprehensive review conducted every four months. In this capacity, I ensured the accuracy and clarity of financial records, fostering a transparent and well-organized financial framework for the team. I contributed to the team's overall effectiveness and fiscal responsibility during that period through attention to financial details and reporting obligations.
