While working as Supervisor for Facilities in J&J SJC Campus, a highly regulated GxP campus, with 5.000+ employees & providers a day, almost 1.000 m² and presence of Consumer products, Pharma, Medical Devices, Logistics, a Regional Datacenter, many labs and many unique services, I was able to manage services and process that support the core business of the organization as below:- Lead Sodexo’s Contract for food services, working in partnership with provider to ensure we were having the best in place related to food services regulatory standards and J&J Healthy Programs; - Maintain good relationship with stakeholders;- Partnership with provider to achieve KPI’s and follow contract terms;Regional Lead (Latam) for Women’s Leadership and Initiative Program – Lead the deployment of Global Programs for entire Latin America region, focusing on strengthen an inclusive organizational environment that champions the advancement of women to achieve gender equality across our businesses.

I was responsible for the planning and management of a self-perform Cafeteria in J&J SJC. My responsibilities were to plan the monthly menu, considering the budget and create the Purchase Order for all the food providers. Also, I had to monitor the delivery of raw materials, act on food safety, respond to audits and carry out the accounting closing for allocation of costs in cost centers and staff payroll. Lead reporting to Facilities manager and operation team for projects, budgeting and KPI's governance.Outsourcing Project – Successful involvement on cafeteria outsourcing project in 2017 leading the data collection and due diligence process. All transition process occurred with no business disruption, no quality decrease and improvement on client satisfaction survey (+5,000 meals/day).
