Leading the Insights Center at CaixaBank, a cutting-edge laboratory crafted to replicate every client touchpoint. In this role, I am entrusted with overseeing the entire research lifecycle, which includes discovery, co-creation, and validation, all with the ultimate goal of ensuring a customer-centric approach.I coordinate both the UX research team and the Research Ops team, facilitating collaboration with UX designers and business units across the organization. Together, we work closely with all product teams, applying a combination of qualitative and quantitative research methodologies. My core mission revolves around delivering actionable insights and fostering a robust user-centered design culture within an agile framework.

Coordinating the user experience research activities at the Customer Journey Lab including discovery, co-creation and validation. Working with the research team and the UX designers of the Customer Experience Chapter to collaborate closely with all product teams to apply and conduct qualitative and quantitative research. Our goal is to contribute with actionable insights and also guarantee a user-centered design culture within an agile methodology.

Coordination and support to the design team of the Customer LAB Squads & Customer Experience department in CaixaBank NEX to guarantee the omnichannel user experience across the new digital products and services. As a UX Chapter Lead I participate in the Research & Interaction Design team and the Customer Journey LAB of CaixaBankNEX to desingn a user-centered banking experience, creating meaningful, useful, comprehensive and seamless experiences.

I collaborated with the Digital Customer Experience team of CaixaBank and imaginBank (the first mobile-only bank in Spain published in January 2016), giving support in the definition of the research activities and applying new methodologies and UX design strategy for e-banking & financial products. I've participated in the new CaixaBankNow App design (released in January 2018 and awarded as the best tech project in 2018 by The Banker) as a UX manager, also leading the UX research in exploratory and also user testing. I've also coordinated the CaixaBankNow desktop redesign (released in November 2017) and the global Design System for CaixaBank Digital Business.

User experience research, strategy, ideation and prototyping for media, journals and audiovisual organisations to create seamless media experiences. Clients: Filmoteca de Catalunya (in collaboration with Tona Monjo-Latent), betevé (with the collaboration of GammaUX) and Ara.cat. With the support of Gamma UX and Canòdrom - Creative Industry Research Park, we explore UX opportunities in the new media and TV ecosystem.

In the framework of 'Medialab betevé' audiovisual innovative projects, TVUXDesign by Gamma UX built a research lab project to design television experiences. Our goal was to understand how to distribute audiovisual content in a meaningful way, using an OTT as a public service and to create spaces of participation at the beginning of any TV design project for Barcelona citizens to be able to define their TV experiences. Also to reach design thinking methods that fit the audiovisual industry standards and add value content to the audience. The project was developed at Canòdrom - Parc de Rercerca Creativa venues.

As an independent consultant, I collaborate with Latent in several projects. A highlighted project was "Connexions". This Service Design project leaded by UOC and Institut Ramon LLull was focused on identifying opportunities to spread the catalan culture through the catalan literature.

PhD thesis entitled "Interface design and interaction design. The role of design in the change of television paradigm" (http://www.tdcat.cesca.es/handle/10803/316780). The research analyses the UX design challenges in the new media landscape. The dissertation was presented in October 16th of 2015 at Universitat of Barcelona.

Developments aimed to conversion, web services and new tools for the users, and also for the client management tool. I’ve also taken part in the website redesign that was launched in June 2013.
