frim the early age my parents instilled in me the belief that with hard work and persistence, I could achieve any goal. At the age of seventeen, I applied to be a foreign exchange student in the United States of America, and my family and I were thrilled when I was approved. I was matched with the most amazing host family in the state of Indiana when I started the exchange program, and I lived with them while finishing my senior year of high school; following that, I went to college and earned a Bachelor's Degree in Finance and Credit.At the age of 20, I began my journey to become an entrepreneur, opening a Kirby Vacuum distributorship, hiring sales teams, and pursuing the American dream while working 12-16 hour days seven days a week. This was a difficult experience, but because of Kirby's educational network, I advanced and learned a lot about sales strategies, negotiating, and leadership.I moved to Florida after 7 years, where I met my husband, had a child, and happily became an American citizen.Executive customer service, marketing, company management, and excellent communication abilities have been developed as a result of my hard work, outstanding influential people, and family support. My passion to assist others and my desire to provide great service sparked an interest in the field of real estate. My husband, a Florida home builder, wanted me to be completely involved in the entire construction process which allowed me to receive extensive training in every part of home construction, from land development to the finished product. Real estate rapidly became an addiction for me, as well as a passion for learning and assisting others in achieving their goals of purchasing or selling real estate. I genuinely enjoy assisting people in finding new homes or relocating to other locations, and I consider myself fortunate to be able to do what I do.During the recession, my husband and I decided to take control of our life and began a new business, Water/Fire Damage Restoration, in 2008 and in 2013 Air Duct Cleaning.We've learned how unfair the insurance claims process is to policyholders while working with insurance claims and assisting homeowners and businesses in recovering after a loss occurrence. We started Public Insurance Adjusting LLC when we were unable to assist and bargain with Big Insurance to get policyholders back to pre-loss conditions. In 2019, I completed my studies and passed the State Exam, and we established a Public Insurance Adjusting Firm to represent policyholders against their insurance companies.
