Making reports about grades with specific criteria.Maintain finance part of trainings through creating Purchase Orders and Goods Receives documents in e-requisition application, stay in good contact with Vendors.Customer experience - maintain positive relationship:Taking care about upcoming trainings. Regularly checking requests in the internal ticketing system, without pending issues. Follow up with customers, maintain good relationships with them. Getting positive feedback from customers (fast, prompt reply).Maintain good collaboration within Global Learning Services team:Create Global Equal Salary certification reports for whole EU and EEMA countries. Helping Total Rewards Team and Team from Manila to understand how report and summary was done. Be in contact with P&C Managers to also explain process. Respond all questions from Team.
