- interviewing, doing assessment of potential candidates for the positions of English Teachers, Sales Managers and Administrators- delivering Teacher training sessions to internal Teachers of English- motivating and developing individual development plans for teachers and employees- tracking students progress and developing/updating educational programs to cater students needs - working with new and potentional customers to promote sales (advertising, presentation, consulting, needs identification)

- teaching English as a foreign language to children, teens and adults (individually, in groups, distnatly) from Beginner to Upper Intermediate level focusing on a communicative approach;- planning, development and presentation of education programs for students of English: General English, Business English, Professional English, Express English, English for Exams (IELTS, TOEFL and other independent testings);- interviewing, evaluating and training English teachers;- working with potential, regular and new customers (assessment, efficient learning program, scheduling);- effective resource allocation of different office and education needs.

- supplying domestic and international market through effective collaboration with the end-users;- tracking the orders and their delivery to the warehouse;- coordinating the smooth running of the agreements in terms of finance and legislation;- customs support (clearance, shipping documents).

- guiding the projects from A to Z in terms of licensing and publishing;- dealing with different Licensors and coordinating the main features of the final project (royalty, translations);- support in publishing/issuing/promotion.

- maintaining of office needs and supplies, deliveries;- maintaining the financial accountability regarding administrative charges including private entrepreneurial activity issues and primarily bookkeeping;- organization of business trips including documents preparation for submitting to visa sections;- contract interpretation and other related documents.
