I’ve always been focused on solving problems, working in a strategic and planned way to achieve business and people goals. I believe that all products shall fit both business and users needs and expectations, since delivering useful solutions and intuitive experiences might upgrade user perceptions about brand and boost its space in market, once user satisfaction tends to raise on business profits and trust.Currently working at Curio | Ascendum Solutions as a UX/UI designer, I understand design as an inherent part of business core. I see that design has a huge impact on business organizations once its methodologies help out in any part of a product/project, from discovery to iteration or upgrade phases, focusing on framing the right problem to be solved, working to remove biases and aligning expectations with all stakeholders levels. My work is based on user centered design best practices and deliveries that matches user needs and clients goals for their products and business. Besides my concerns about user needs and satisfaction, I see that, as a designer I have an essential part on caring for the invested resources during the end to end process, balancing value delivery with technical solutions and constraints in a way the uses resources at its best way. Until now, I’ve had the privilege of working in great projects such as Brainstorm Academy, Plaenge, Avenue, Linx, Kyäni, and many others, along with multidisciplinary teams and working closely to PMs, POs, BAs, Front/backend Devs and QAs.
