Coordinate with the Communications and Corporate Affairs Regional Managers of the Pharmaceutical Companies to position FIFARMA, communicate proposals on public policy and achieve health literacy. Previously a member of the Petit Communication’s Committee in charge of strengthening the strategy.• ALAFARPE - Co-lead Communications and Public Affairs Committee coordinating with local Communications Managers.• IFPMA - Member of the Communication’s Committee• Lead the Annual Communications Plan, ad-hoc campaigns and internal communications. Establish the first public-private collaborations in high-impact Communications, alliances with media, 30% growth of followers on institutional social networks, improvement on brand positioning.• Direct the communication’s agency on Public Relations and Digital Marketing, accompanying the Public Affairs strategy.• Lead Social Responsibility Strategy: - Increased ALAFARPE’s recognition through its CSR actions and its Foundation using international reporting standards (GRI, COE - Global Compact). - Implemented new projects in Health Literacy and Gender Equity through the Women in Health Platform. - Search for new sources of financing for the Foundation through grants, alliances with other companies, among others.• Propose and implement new projects: - +50 events developed on highly relevant Public Health topics with public institutions, academia, civil society, and private sector. - Created new formats for internal and external communications. - Implement the 1st virtual course of ALAFARPE’s Code of Ethics - Develop and implement new website• Lead the preparation and execution of the Annual Plan of Communications and Campaigns.
