With the most extensive gridline for international payments in the world, with over 135 currencies, Citi’s TTS division is, without a doubt, a leader in the business. Working in Citi’s TTS Latam proved truly enriching, since I was able to witness how the bank is making payments more efficient, centralized, and digital. Even though I focused in the revenue and cash flow side of the business, I learned about the technologies (such as API and digital wallets) that are revolutionizing the cross border payments industry and are pioneering the future of a globalized financial system.• Monitored annual revenue, plus transactions and volume of all clients in Cross Border Payments, generating interactive dashboards that allow analysis in multiple different levels (product, country, industry)• Led repricing initiative by analyzing 200+ different fees for nearly 10,000 accounts and outlined clients with revenue opportunities, which resulted in an increase of more than a million in incremental revenue• Developed presentations for prospective clients that showcase adequate solutions and explain process flows, including those for significant deals won by Citi in the public sector • Created an automated VBA survey for Receivables that is used as a key source of data collection for LATAM clients, condensing bulks of information that are analyzed graphically without any manual effort• Designed plan to address LATAM’s manually initiated funds transfer to aid in Citi’s global elimination project by routinely gathering data and addressing specific hindrances and functionality gaps in each country

BRASA is an international business organization for Brazilians who want to study, are studying, and studied abroad. Their goal is to connect talented Brazilians from all over the globe to each other and back to Brazil. In the long term, BRASA aims to make an impact in Brazil socially, politically and economically. My position at BRASA was as West Regional Coordinator, which oversees Brazilian clubs partnered with BRASA in the American West Coast. • Acted as the major correspondent in BRASA for over 15 Brazilian organizations from reputable universities in the West - including UCLA, USC, UC Berkeley, UCI, UCSD, SDSU, Texas Tech, Stanford, and Rice University• Designed the monthly newsletter (BRASA FC) for all Brazilian members of universities that are partnered with BRASA, giving members a 360 of all that's happening in the organization and adding highlights of events and initiatives from Brazilian clubs in several universities• Helped organize info-sessions of renowned Brazilian companies across universities in the West, including an Info-session from the bank Itau at UCLA• Developed initiatives with the BRASA Membership team to help BRASA members in their professional career - these consist of financial aid, marketing assistance, database access to all BRASA members, and promoting mentorship opportunities• Devised strategic plan with the BRASA Membership team to bring a high number of participants to the annual conference through intense marketing, financial aid, and referral benefits

Rappi is a multinational Colombian startup that delivers anything (groceries, take-out food, drugstore commodities and anything compact enough) and provides multiple sets of services (dog walking, screwing in a lightbulb), all in one place. Rappi started operations in São Paulo, Brazil in July 2017 and I had the exciting opportunity to be a part of its birth. • Managed and enlisted over 300 delivery workers through social media, referral, and in-person recruiting• Analyzed delivery performance, supply and demand ratios, and other quality-related metrics for process improvement• Established the training and support program with the Rappi Operations team• Optimized the application process to allow efficient and high volume recruitment• Developed strategies to increase supply during high demand of orders• Monitored inventory: count, build, assess price and anticipate future demand
