Together, we:• Conducted a needs analysis and a training & coursework audit within my first 30 days to assess skill gap and resource allocation • Designed and launched a 2-week Revenue Onboarding Program within my first 90 days, resulting in 12+ new product sessions, two new Onboarding Checklists (Sales + Manager), knowledge checks, pre and post-survey, and others. Data from the first 6 months of the program show that:• The new hires that went through the new Onboarding Program generated 14x more pipeline during their first 30 days and 6x more pipeline during their first 90 days compared to the new hires that didn’t. Data also shows that the same new hires closed won 11x more revenue during their first 30 days and 1.8x more revenue during their first 90 days. Please note that the same segments and territories were compared for this analysis. • Designed and launched a content update process ensuring alignment and creating a strong partnership between Enablement and Product Marketing • Developed a Learning Design Standards Playbook, with learning experience design best practices and guidance to ensure quality and standards across the different designers creating content. As a result of this playbook, I also developed a Learning Standards Scorecard that was shared with PMMs and leveraged to ensure all product training contained the required components.• Developed Weedmap’s first Product Certification Strategy focused on solution selling (to be implemented in FY23).
