At Lantum, we provide an efficient clinical workforce management systems that enable GPs and hospitals to ensure there are sufficient clinicians to take care of patients, the wellbeing of staff - all whilst saving the organisation money.At present, Lantum's products are used to organise the workforces delivering COVID vaccines across the UK.I am responsible for the engineering function at Lantum. Working closely with the CTO and other engineering managers, we ensure we are a high performing engineering team.

I have managed three teams at the Guardian. The first was the team which maintains, supports and improves our website. theguardian.com website regularly receives between 40-50 million page views a day and as many as 50 engineers from outside the team contribute to the codebase we support each week. The second team which I am now on supports our content API which we refer to as the beating heart of the Guardian. It is the source of truth for our Digital content. On this truly cross functional team we work closely with the journalists to try to improve our tools and our content types to better explain the complex world to our readers.The third team and the last team I managed was for our editorial tools. Our team was responsible for building and maintaining our world class editorial tools.

Responsible for managing the MAWI flagship shop in Shoreditch as well as running the Magento platform for our online shop: www.mawi.co.uk. I use a variety of tools such as Excel and Google analytics to help predict the most beneficial changes to make in merchandising and advertising. In my time working on the website, I have synced Mailchimp and Magento as well as installed MageMonkey for smooth analysis of our email campaigns. It was my sole responsibility to answer all emails to customerservice@mawi.co.uk and alleviate any problems with customers involving price, discounts, repairs and more. I am responsible for hiring, training and managing sales assistants at the shop. I initiated partnership with Shoreditch House.

Assisted my manager in running this concession each day, and also by taking over managerial responsibilities when she was away. This included strategic communication between Peekaboo Head office and top level Topshop staff. I also managed other employees and was responsible for achieving sales targets and stock control. Additionally, I tracked best sellers and notable trends to report to our head office. Lastly, I helped customers with matters of both Peekaboo Vintage and Topshop when needed.

Execute opening and closing procedures including light paperwork. Weigh and count alcohol. Greet customers in a friendly and professional manner. Be precise, organized and calm at all times. Smile while being very efficient. Please customers, my managers, and co-workers. Work with a diverse group of people during events and build a positive, comfortable atmosphere.

Recruit and train Sales Assistants. Manage employees and keeping the store clean and orderly. Answer the telephone and provide reception and administrative service for the salon, update inventory and update social media pages. Organise events such as customer appreciation nights and fashion shows. Ensure we are meeting our sales targets and not exceeding our budgets. Accompany the owner of Gloss on buying trips and important networking events.

I founded my own company designing, manufacturing and selling clothes to retailers and individuals in the neighbouring towns.
