Current- Understanding the ongoing hiring needs of their business and establishing the right sourcing mix to generate a strong pool of talent for open roles,- Conducting proactive candidate searches and building talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs,- Screening and evaluating candidate profiles and resumes to assess their qualifications and fit for specific roles,- Drafting & publishing attractive job advertisements and managing responsesReaching out to target talent via social networks,- Leveraging job boards, headhunters, recruiters, and hiring platforms to source talent,- Designing & conducting engaging talent outreach campaigns,- Speaking with applicants about requirements to drive applications & engagement,- Analyzing sourcing data and metrics to optimize procurement processes,- Managing applicant tracking systems and maintaining accurate candidate data,- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to meet sourcing needs and providing regular updates and reports on sourcing activities and outcomes to stakeholders,- Keeping abreast of industry trends and best practices in talent sourcing and recruitment.
