About Natália Marques Da Silva

I'm graduated in Chemical Engineering at UNIMEP. I have four years of experience working in laboratories at Multinational Industries.Throughout my career I have helped companies on researches and to develop products and projects, as well as guarantee their quality. I have worked with chemical products, conducting physical-chemical analyzes, quality standards, automotive coatings, fabrics, soaps and sanitizers. I’ve also filled out reports of evaluated results on the analyzes and developed strong relationship in areas such as the manufacturing, purchasing and supply chain.Due to my solid experience in laboratories, I have developed a vast knowledge with the quality management system, such as participating in an ISO 9001 audit, validating analytical methods and performing quality inspections on products.During my internship period, I worked with automotive coatings in a multicultural environment, where I was able to lead continuous improvement projects that generated cost reduction for the company. These projects were based on the Lean Manufacturing system, which I put into practice the lessons I learned from the Yellow Belt certification.My strong innate drive to continually seek personal and professional development prompted me to move to the United States to experience a new culture and a different language, while working and studying for a year. This program not only expended my awareness on different cultures but also allowed me to boost my English proficiency and develop skills that enable me to contribute in an organizational environment.I am proud to have chosen this profession, as I am to have contributed to automotive industries such as Ford, Volkswagen, Nissan, Toyota, and many other companies with automotive coatings.I am passionate about the development of chemicals, raw materials, and their production processes that my eyes shine when I see that I have developed many useful and different products. I am also proud to have made a difference and to have brought a good impact on society and I know I have a lot more to offer.
