Head of DesignAreas of Responsibility: Working as an integral member of the Womenswear Design team, giving mood and trend directions of a collection of consistency .Responsibilities- Responsible for daywear and occasionwear and other product areas.- Mood, trend, fabrication, research and development to the final fitting stage.- Detail from concept stage through to specs and final designs.- Designing of garments for all phases and seasons within Womenswear, develop colour palettes for the ranges, colour up garments to presentation and develop factory packs to forward to factories for creation of garment samples.

Womenswear buyerAreas of Responsibility:Working alongside designers, involved in product development, drawing on your interest in fabrics and patterns, as well as your in-depth competitor analysis. Eye for detail and creative.Responsibilities- Evaluate market, sales history and customer information together with forward trends to develop the departments strategy.- Ensure product quality is to agreed standards.- Work with other internal departments to develop, source and improve the product ranges. This will include planning and developing ranges for future seasons.- Manage internal relationships with functions such as QA, Marketing and Merchandising

MarketingAreas of Responsibility:Interact with the public to promote products and services in a favourable manner.Guide to the customer through the sales and post-sale process to ensure their longevity and satisfaction.Get fidelity the customers with the brand.Responsibilities-Direct marketing actions, creation of new database through customer loyalty.-commercial activities such as sale campaigns specific and timely in southern Spain Benetton stores.-improvement of sales compared to previous years, improves database segmentation and deal directly with the client.

DesingAreas of Responsibility:Develop product categories like jeans, shirts, polos, jackets, hoodies.Responsibilities-Look for on trends for colour fabric and styles to product development; visiting to fairs, shows and directional shops.- Negotiation with suppliers for the purchase of materials and workshops for subsequent production.- Coordination with Portugal for the creation of fitting in each category; supervision of samples and quality control.
