- Establishing and maintaining relationships with professional candidates and field partners to ensure extended mutual career benefit.
- Qualifying candidates for specific opportunities by conducting telephone and in-person interviews to obtain work history, education, training, job skills and salary requirements.
- Completing reference and background checks on candidates to ensure authenticity of stated skills and experience as needed.
