My responsibilities include:- Create and execute inbound lead generation activities for the internal sales team.- Manage daily campaigns on several paid digital channels, covering SEO, Paid Social and Display, among others.- Search for areas of opportunity and present data-driven recommendations to optimize current marketing and business practices, driving customer acquisition, engagement, and retention.- Contribute to the projects and initiatives of the sales team.- Supervise the management of all web content development (create, edit, check and update), working with internal staff and external agencies.- Manage and actively promote blog posts, newsletter, e-mail campaigns and social media.- Collaborate with customer support, marketing, sales, engineering and other departments to increase customer satisfaction and engagement.
