I am a Senior Director of Growth, Learning, and Leadership at the United States Tennis Association (USTA), where I develop and lead innovative learning and leadership programs that empower our teams to thrive and excel. With over six years of experience in diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI), learning and development (L&D), and organizational development (OD), I am passionate about creating a workplace where everyone can contribute to the growth and success of the sport.I leverage my skills and certifications in OD, L&D, and talent management to design and deliver impactful DEI programs and initiatives. I partner with senior leaders, stakeholders, and external vendors to foster a culture of inclusion, innovation, and excellence. I also use data and metrics to measure and improve the effectiveness and outcomes of our DEI efforts. Some of my achievements include orchestrating strategies to attract and retain a diverse talent pool, initiating and managing USTA's supplier diversity program, and leading DEI training and education for staff and board members.
