PMO – Applications Divestiture• Contributed as a PMO of the Applications team to the divestiture of a surveillance equipment manufacturer company that generates over $us 912M annually (retail business alone) in over 100 countries. • Proactively cooperated with the applications’ delivery leaders and their business counterparts to define the divestiture applications in scope, determine the appropriate designation of Day 1 disposition and approach, and obtain and track Day 1 workplans for an initial scope of over 300 applications across functions. • Coordinated with the Infrastructure, Procurement, Middleware, HR, and ERP team to cover cross-functional areas of the applications divestiture. IT Due diligence:• Contributed to the planning, development, and successful deliverable of multiple IT Due Diligence in the Manufacture, Packaging, and Financial Technology industry.• Participated in the analysis and development of the due diligence in the following areas: IT strategy, IT projects, IT Financials, IT Operations, IT Applications, IT Infrastructure, IT Security, and IT Contracts. • Facilitated the M&A IT Due Diligence Bootcamp for Deloitte’s LATAM team

• Prepared planning documents, client presentations, and proposed budgets and timelines to be used and reviewed by management and above to serve as the baseline for the audit procedures.• Supervised and led the staff and international teams through counsel, guidance, and coaching.• Instructed, directed, and reviewed the work of IT audit staff and international teams in the completion of audit procedures (Manage Access, Manage Change, Manage Operations, and Application Controls).• Successfully tracked the engagement project management process to communicate to leaders of the engagement audit status.• Proactively interacted with key client management to gather information, resolve audit-related problems, and meet deliverables timely and on budget.• Contributed to the successful audit completion of multiple Channel 1 and SOC Reports (private and public) clients in the financial services industry.

• Coordination work with the head coach, to increase the performance of the team in order to compete and succeed at a Division I University• Encourage and advise athletes along their career path, in order to stay focused and committed to reach their full potential, personal goals, as well as team goals• Record and maintain athletic activities catalogs used to track, compare, and adjust the athlete practices to increase their performance statistics.

• Represented the Bolivian National Team in international events all over the world with outstanding work ethic and discipline since 2007• Ranked number one amateur player of Bolivia (2010-2015)• Awarded the Victoria Alada on 2009 and 2010, given to the number one player in the country.• Awarded the Iyambae trophy on 2008-2010, given to the prominent golfer of the year.• Achieved the Bolivian record of 4th place in La Copa Los Andes, Colombia 2013, which is among the top four most important match play tournaments in the world. Led the team to ensure good chemistry, tactics, communication, and the motivation to work together. • Awarded the prominent golfer of the year in 2015 by the government of Santa Cruz, which was awarded to 42 athletes in all disciplines for their outstanding international performance.

• Created a process to track personnel expenditures, hours worked, overtime, schedules, and plan manpower requirements. • Created a process for inventory tracking, storage management, stock transfers, sales and purchase order management, and quick reports and analytics. • Revised and adapted a project control program to proactively find deviations in physical and economic progress in relation to the plan and budget.

• Created multiple competitive analysis of different ERP vendors in numerous locations to be used by the Director of Consulting in order to create marketing strategies• Successfully delivered a market analysis for the Pursuit Manager in order to create a strategy for a conference with over 1,800 potential customers • Learned the structure and components of the ERP Human Resource Management solution for the public sector
