Developed the following projects:→ Mmmeals (solo project): app for people with tight schedules and not particularly fond of cooking through which they can cook up to 3 recipes simultaneously and save effort by also saving time.→ Head's Up (solo project): app to enhance group dynamics when playing card games.→ Ecoside (group project): chrome plugin that will present you with sustainable alternatives when browsing for clothes online.→ YouYiSi: app to help people learning Chinese improve their level and keep themselves motivated through an interactive fill-in-the-gap game that uses entertainment and real-life situations.→ Design Sprint: 5 days to come up with a way to increase literacy in the banking sector through technology.Tasks:- Conduct user research: surveys, interviews, shadowing, benchmarking....- Concept validation and user testing- Prototyping and iterating on low and high fidelity- Implement design thinking methodologies: empathize, define, ideate, prototype, test- Work on tight schedules, short deadlines, and in a collaborative and feedback safe environment

- Control and follow-up event requests. - Support in the sales process (sending information, telephone service, filling out space transfer contracts and requesting invoice sheets) and in the administrative tasks of the department (CRM). - Coordinate an event with the support of the space management coordinator.- Support in the promotional actions of the department (campaign design, attendance at fairs, presentation events, seminars, ...).- Attend visits for potential clients, guiding them through the spaces offered by the Museum for their event.
