Analysis of resumes and coordination of interviews. Conducted interviews to assess experience, skills, and required technologies for each open position. Utilized recruitment tools such as Lever and Hireflix, salary and benefits negotiation. Managed the full recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing, interviewing, and selection to offer and hiring.

As a Sourcing Specialist, I was responsible for identifying and attracting qualified talent for various accounts through both active and passive search strategies. I conducted initial interviews to assess candidates' suitability, English proficiency, and experience, ensuring they were matched with the ideal account based on their profile while guiding them through the selection process. I also assigned English assessments, coordinated interviews with Account Managers, and scheduled medical exams.

I was in charge of receiving and welcoming guests, making sure they got an exceptional first impression.
