For a capstone course in the engineering pathway at CAMS, I was a part of Engineering Design and Development (EDD): CARPA Initiative. Each class formed a company and students interviewed for positions in that company. We were tasked to complete a mission with a robot that we would spend the year designing, building, and testing. Along the way we had design reviews in the form of formal presentations. As Project Manager I had to keep the team on schedule and plan for any set backs. I also had to work with my teams dynamics and know our strengths and weaknesses.
