As LVI has updated software currently being used for accounting and financial purposes, I have managed and coordinated the implementation process at the branch offices. Over the past year I have managed, edited and compiled all documentation used as training aids. In doing so I have become one of few LVI employees to know the software on a broader scale. I am proficient in, Payroll, Human Resources, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Inventory, Purchase Orders, Project Management and Month End Financial Reporting. I am responsible for the training and education of the Branch Controllers, Project Managers and all other administrative employees at each of our Branch offices throughout the US. My previous background as Assistant Regional Controller and then Project Controller has allotted me the necessary experience and education to efficiently incorporate LVI's practices and policies with Viewpoint Construction Software.

Oversee and Manage daily administrative operations which include but are not limited to Pay Roll, Human Resources, Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable. Interact daily with our Client regarding Change Order conversion status and Collections. Log, Track and Control all Financial Reporting Documentation for Submittal and Review with Senior Management.

In conjunction with the Regional Controller I directed and supervised daily and monthly accounting activities for 13 branch offices through out the US. This included all aspects of monthly closings, internal management reporting and detailed cash flow monitoring.
