My first job in high school was at Chico’s Tacos. I quickly found that I loved to interact with people. I then moved on to IHOP. It was perfect. It was across the street from our house. I could work after school when clubs and homework were done. When I went to college I found that even with some student loans one job wasn’t enough. I simultaneously worked at IHOP, Starbucks, Macy’s and a bookstore. It was a lot to manage, but I was determined to be the first person in my family to go to college right after high school. I completed my bachelor’s at NAU in business with an emphasis in hospitality. I then went on to work for high end restaurants in their management program. In 2007, while finishing my MBA, I was introduced to Luis DeSouza, CEO of UK based NFS Technology. He was looking for a US based employee to support his global Rendezvous sales team. I didn’t know that interview would be the beginning of a whole new career.15 years and 100s of clients later, I have had the opportunity to move from demoing, training and implementation, sales to manage our growing NFS North America team. All with the guidance and mentorship of Luis DeSouza. NFS has always felt like a family. We work together to support each other and our clients.I am a proud wife and mother of two wonderful girls!
