The Balfour Group was founded in 2017 merging several successful tech businesses. Our companies are all self-started, self-funded and self-scaled. We’re hands-on, providing our group companies with proven management expertise, insightful strategic guidance and inspiring mentorship. Our companies are all in different industries including EdTech, Fintech, Lead Generation and Cryptocurrency. My career at Balfour started in recruitment, recruiting for 10+ companies. In 2018, my focus then progressed to include broader HR functions. During this time I helped to establish HR policies and procedures for the Group, and also assisted the Group Legal Advisor with administration work and research.I am involved in all aspects of HR, including but not limited to: the full employee lifecycle, the full recruitment lifecycle, induction, disciplinary procedures, retrenchments, and implementing policies. In my role I have worked with our group executives to improve the work environment and grow each of their companies exponentially.

Rhino Africa is one of the most successful African travel experts. As the company’s first recruitment intern, I helped develop and grow the company. This experience helped me secure a solid foundation in recruitment with which to progress.

Jerusalem Post provides an English learning service. Their methodology is to learn through speaking and conversation. I taught English to students using several interactive technologies. I worked on general conversation, reading and comprehension, vocabulary, and grammar with students of various ages.
