• Recruits qualified candidates on college campuses to fill entry-level and intern positions in the Ohio Tennessee Valley. • Acts as the primary contact for candidates throughout the recruiting life cycle while enhancing a candidate’s opinion of the firm by providing an inclusive portrait of our culture, services and benefits. • Develops and maintains relationships with faculty, career office employees, students and the campus recruiting teams. • Selects and trains internal client service volunteers to represent the firm on campus and provides subject matter expertise on recruiting practices.

• Built and managed pipeline of military and civilian candidates for various roles keeping their information up to date in the applicant tracking system throughout the recruiting cycle. • Managed candidate generation; such as sourcing the resume, initial phone pitch/screen, zoom interview preparation, interview scheduling, and application documentation for hire. • Acted as a liaison between client and candidates by communicating needs and status updates throughout the hiring processes.
