As a People and Culture Consultant at TAL Australia, I support a client group of 900 employees nationally, through full employee life cycle activities, including recruitment, performance management, and employee engagement. I also focus on employee relations and wellness case management, handling complex and sensitive cases with professionalism and empathy.With a Bachelor's Degree in Human Resource Management from The University of Queensland, I have a strong foundation in HR theory and practice, as well as a passion for learning and development. I have contributed to the delivery of HR transformation projects, such as the integration of TAL and Westpac, where I worked with senior leaders and project teams to ensure a smooth and successful transition. I have also developed and facilitated coaching and training workshops to uplift and upskill leaders and teams across the organization.
