-Developed strategies to foster local climate action in response to Vancouver sustainability policies

-Designed and facilitated twenty community engagement events with up to thirty attendees where Homalco community members provided feedback on a draft comprehensive community plan outlining their goals for the future -Revised a draft plan in accordance with the feedback provided by community members to ensure funding and resources were dedicated to serving members’ needs

-Collaborated with provincial leaders resulting in the allocation of $3.75 million to support an additional 250 scholarships awarded to graduate students in British Columbia between 2022 - 2024-Analyzed British Columbia’s post-secondary institutions’ sexual misconduct policies and lobbied provincial leaders to improve sexualized violence prevention and response on campuses

-Co-Founded Canada’s inaugural graduate student-specific advocacy alliance -Facilitated meetings with student societies across Canada to obtain information on graduate student experiences which informed policy recommendations made to federal government

-Researched scientific controversies surrounding the Muskrat Falls hydroelectric facility in Labrador, CA-Identified how downstream impacts from the project could be minimized in surrounding communities to set precedent for future renewable energy projects
