An entrepreneur at heart, my career has a theme of building teams and infrastructure in a fast-paced, start-up environment. I see paths to success when no path is set by building cross-functional relationships, making data-driven decisions, creating a cohesive work experience, and effortless collaboration. My passion is to be part of the process - learning, evangelizing the mission, and the product internally and externally. Making you laugh, priceless.Highlights: Convivial Design, a Paul Alan Think Tank (Interval Research); The mission was to take the Girl’s Only gaming software from research and development to market. Eventually, the Girl’s Only Series was sold to Mattel. Success was achieved by overseeing world-class solutions on time and under budget. Macromedia (prior to being sold to Adobe Systems). I was presented with the exhilarating challenge of growing Creative Services Marketing while integrating over 26 companies and launching Shockwave. My technical and leadership skills, ability to manage diverse teams, bringing new products to market, and managing product life cycles were instrumental to my success. Excite@Home post-merger successful unification of the Trade Marketing’s fragmented structure internally while projecting a new, confident external marketing voice. Outside of work, I map my adventures by where and what I have eaten. Learning and growing with my family as we explore the globe on bicycles, kayaks, and golfing, is how I quench my thirst for adventure.
