As a UX Researcher at Cyberbay, I bring over a year of experience in creating impactful digital experiences, focusing on seamless user interactions and meaningful engagements. My role involves bridging technology and user needs to ensure intuitive design solutions through thorough research and analysis.Previously, as a UX Design Trainee, I developed a strong foundation in user experience, which has been instrumental in my current role. I also served as Marketing Director for the Hong Kong Joint School Society of Psychology, where I led digital marketing campaigns and art designs, significantly enhancing our community reach and promoting psychological well-being through innovative communication strategies.During my tenure as an HCI Research Intern at University College London, I collaborated with interdisciplinary teams to develop ethical guidelines for AI tools in assessments. This experience allowed me to explore diverse AI applications and create user-friendly resources, improving the educational experience for staff and students.Additionally, as a Summer Research Intern at the University of Hong Kong, I worked closely with SEN children and their parents, developing testing materials, producing educational videos, and contributing to character design for a laboratory website.I am dedicated to continuous learning and leveraging technology to create positive change.
