As a Human Resources Coordinator, I am dedicated to providing comprehensive HR support and guidance to employees and managers across the US. My role involves responding to basic HR inquiries both in-person and virtually, offering general guidance on HR policies and procedures. I have become proficient in GHD people software and systems including Oracle and SharePoint. Additionally, I support People Business Partners and People Leaders, ensuring accurate reports and analytics. I maintain accurate and up-to-date HR records and documentation, assist with the administration of HR policies and procedures—including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and employee relations—and conduct audits of employee files and records. My responsibilities also include conducting stay, engagement, and exit interviews, running and analyzing various employee/people team reports, and participating in Centers of Excellence (COEs) initiatives such as global rewards and benefits, talent acquisition, talent management, learning and development, and wellness. Furthermore, I manage the SharePoint site and serve as an I-9 Verifier for multiple offices across the US. My skills include a strong understanding of HR policies and procedures, proficiency in HR software and systems, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, attention to detail, and the ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality. I am experienced in conducting interviews, managing employee relations, and analyzing HR data and reports, and I am familiar with SharePoint and other collaboration tools.
