Natalie is part of the account management team for one of Capgemini Invent’s biggest clients and a leader within our Better Business Cases and P3M Capabilities. Recent client deliveries include: Public Sector Client: Engagement Lead- Natalie led a project to assess the organisational pain points and inefficiencies relating to the provision of data and analytics services across one of HMG's largest departments and modelled potential options to drive organisational efficiency, increase productivity, and uplift in-house data capabilities to achieve cost-savings (quantified).Public Sector Client: Head of Programme Management Office - Natalie established and led the PMO for a complex data transformation programme spanning several business areas and operational capabilities. This work included business case development and assurance. Natalie also had delivery resourcing and management responsibilities for 140+ Capgemini team. Public Sector Client: Engagement Lead - Natalie led a project to review the maturity of a multi-dimensional transformational change programme seeking to align the strategic interests of HMG and 'the sector' through the privatisation of several national IT capabilities.

Natalie is a leader within Capgemini Invent's Better Business Cases Capability within our Public Sector Practice. Client deliveries include: Public Sector Client: Engagement Lead – Natalie led a rainbow team of 25 people and had day-to-day oversight of nine Capgemini work packages. These work packages supported our client to define and plan for the future of its people and technical legacy amidst significant transformational change. Natalie was also responsible for developing the Programme’s Business Case.Public Sector Client: Engagement Lead - Natalie led a team of Capgemini consultants providing the specialist skills required to develop, define, evaluate and implement a new product-centric operating model. Natalie also developed and implemented a Benefits Management Strategy aimed at the ongoing identification, quantification and evaluation of digital, data and technology benefits being delivered by the Programme.

Natalie led a small team of civil servant and supplier investment strategy consultants who were deployed across VTF and were responsible for developing project business cases relating to the purchase of COVID-19 vaccine and/or onshoring vaccine manufacturing capabilities. She personally drafted several project business cases and assured those developed by her team ahead of submission. Natalie was responsible for coordination the VTF’s second Programme Business Case securing a funding envelope of £10.38bn.

Natalie led a team of 5 people responsible for developing and evaluating the options available to HMG to decommission the UK’s current fleet of nuclear power stations, incl. two negotiated options with EDF Energy and the Nuclear Decommissioning Authority (NDA), respectively. Natalie drafted and gained approval for the £200m AGR Decommissioning business case (FBC), which identified over £1bn benefit to the tax payer.Natalie also led discussions on behalf of HMG relating to the purchase and transfer of land between HMG & EDF Energy to enable the construction of Sizewell C which, when operational,  will generate enough low-carbon electricity to supply six million homes and generate electricity for 60 years.

Natalie's primary role was to manage the conduct of litigation arising in a prison setting on behalf of the Ministry of Justice. She had a personal caseload of high profile claims and supervised the handling of high value claims. This work incl. the development of Business Justification Cases for HMT approval due to the proposed settlement being considered high value or “novel, contentious or potentially repercussive”.In addition to managing her own caseload and overseeing the caseloads of her direct reports, Natalie led the development and implementation of a cross-government strategy for the handling of third-party clinical negligence claims between Ministry of Justice, NHS England & Department of Health & Social Care. She also supported work on the HMPPS operating model redesign; specifically, her work included the design and implementation of a National Litigation “Front Door” for high profile and high value litigation claims.

UK Visas and Immigration (UKVI) - Appeals, Litigation & Subject Access Directorate. Personal caseload of public law claims brought by IRC detainees challenging the legality of their detention and imminent removal from the U.K. Article 8 ECHR specialist.
