Develop financial policies and procedures for operational efficiency. Develop and maintain financial statements for future reference. Ensure that financial operational activities are executed and delivered as per the standards set by the company.

As a Lead Guest Service Agent, my duties primarily included managing the desk as the on-duty supervisor, overseeing other guest service agents and ensuring smooth operations of the overall daily schedule.
