Collaborated and scoped change management initiatives to improve processes and turnaround times for both the Retail and Sales teams. Delegated incoming requests via the team inbox (minimum 50 emails a day) and answered any phone calls and messages as team liaison. Consulted and advised on best practise based on my experience as the Retail Subject Matter Expert. I helped improve inventory occupancy, advised on rate distribution, negotiated best solutions for Sales and our clients. Completed reports and administrative tasks like reconciling accounts and client queries, troubleshooting, and maintaining the budget for our contractors. Collaborated with many stakeholders to create process efficiencies and better decisions. These departments were far reaching across the business and included Operations, Commercial, Sales, Finance, Contracts, Trading and Product. Completed all Retail tasks, including scheduling bookings; generating contracts and contract amendments; managing the Retail inventory; reducing hard-costs; maximising occupancy across all commercial assets; organising professional photography; kickstarting delivery (poster dispatch, digital uploads); and negotiating with Sales Managers to get the best result for oOh! and the client.
