Worked with seven designers and three developers to create an interactive experience for Imagine RIT. Managed project organization, created visuals, takeaways, and our website.

Supported full-time administrators in overseeing office operations, including managing multiple systems and labs for students and faculty. Was responsible for the daily maintenance of 28 labs, ensuring smooth operation and excellent service. Proficient in DeskPro, Slack, Jira, and PaperCut. Promptly addressed tickets through DeskPro for efficient assistance to students and faculty.

Helped troubleshoot daily operations of 28 labs. Aided professors and students with equipment troubleshooting, ensuring seamless functionality and excellent customer service. Addressed technology issues in labs and print rooms. Proficient in DeskPro, Slack, Jira, and PaperCut.

Utilized RIT's in-house mass email software to design and send out one to two mass emails every week to over 300 subscribers. Used Microsoft Outlook for smaller communications to ensure that crucial details of weekly events were clearly communicated.

As a part of the E-Board, I engaged in weekly meetings to set up events for RIT's New Media Club. I also aided in promoting and curating the events. I took the lead on communication in our club which then led to me being promoted to Communications Director.

Managed weekly communications to 80+ members, aiding in the club's growth to over 80 active participants in one semester. Helped lead event planning, conflict resolution, and designed impactful graphics for social media and email communications. Additionally, created show posters and program covers, showcasing our club's creativity and professionalism.

I was a part of the E-Board that launched the first year of Her Campus Magazine at RIT! I had the opportunity to design graphics for upcoming events and article releases to be shared on our social media platforms. I worked with other E-Board members of Her Campus at RIT to organize events where Writers we able to meet and collaborate.

Wrote a series of one to two insightful articles each month, undergoing the publishing process to feature them on RIT's Her Campus article page. These articles covered a diverse range of topics and provided a platform for expressing ideas and engaging with the campus community. This experience enhanced my research, writing, and content creation skills, contributing to my overall professional development.

Engaged in discussions with art professionals, honing expertise in museum curation. Transitioned seamlessly to virtual collaboration during COVID, working with my team to curate a compelling online art installation showcasing student work. This experience underscored the value of adaptability and teamwork in achieving impactful artistic endeavors.
