Natalie DuBose is a driven policyholder lawyer who has successfully represented a hundreds of companies on all types of insurance matters, including Directors and Officers (D&O), Commercial General Liability (CGL), Property, Errors and Omissions (E&O), Builder's Risk, Event Coverage, and Cyber coverage. Having worked for years in the automotive and construction industry before joining Haynes and Boone, Natalie has developed a business-oriented approach to insurance recovery and a unique understanding of her clients’ goals. Natalie focuses on cost-effective solutions to manage risk and maximize insurance recovery. Natalie has consistently shown a track record of success in representing corporate policyholders in coverage disputes in state and federal courts in Texas and beyond, and in arbitrations, mediations, and appeals. Natalie recently completed a five-week trial on behalf of the Boy Scouts of America against their insurers (and others), taking the cross-examination of a key insurance expert at trial. Clients also routinely rely on Natalie’s counsel in negotiating D&O coverage, analyzing the insurance ramifications of corporate transactions and national product roll-outs, and presenting claims to insurers after a catastrophic loss or cyber event. She has been Recognized in the Best Lawyers In America, Insurance Law from 2019-2022 and by Texas Super Lawyers Rising Stars, from 2021-22. She is the Chair of the Tort and Insurance Practice Section, an organization she has been a board member of since 2020, and has previously served on the board of the Young Risk Professionals. She Co-Chaired the ABA Insurance Coverage Litigation Committee CLE Seminar in 2022 and 2023, and the Women in Insurance Network programs in 2018 and 2020.
