Supporting several different businesses; the factory, hotels and a couple of remote farms.I get to work with the users to improve their IT setups and implement changes from beginning to end (something I missed out on in previous jobs). Now in an IT team of 3 I learn new skills everyday. The factory brings another level of IT skills as I continue to learn about EDI - the process for orders coming in and out of the factory.I get the chance to study and train, interact with users and do all levels of IT support.Currently I am using systems such as PowerBi, SQL, DarkTrace, Azure etc. I have found a new love for data analytics and tidying user data into cool interactive setups.I love my job.
