CurrentExecution of Microsoft (Active Directory/ Exchange) migration projects Execution Office 365 rollout for a number of usersExecution of Wireless (Access Points) and VoIP (Voice over IP) projectsCreate and manage Project Plans, Communications Plan, Statement of Works and Project Initiation Documents (PID)Build and maintain RAID logs (Risks, Assumptions, Issues and Dependencies) prioritising and create mitigation plans to minimise impact and escalate business critical issues in a timely manner. Highlight any breaches of tolerance and take mitigating action to rectifyCreated install request and captured projects on internal database. Liaise with the Operations Team to maintain internal systems and raise appropriate paperwork to allow the organisation to operate effectively i.e. timesheet completion and approvals, raising change request paperwork, client sign off sheets, etc. Manages the day to day operational & tactical aspects of multiple or large scale projects Review high level deliverables across projects Implements engagement review and quality assurance procedures in accordance with our methodology to ensure profitable and successful execution of consulting engagements as measured by regional goals and customer satisfaction Create and maintain project reporting to required customer standards. Provide highlight reports when requested to the Projects DirectorIdentify and document lessons learned and factor learning's into continuous improvement processIdentifies partnership opportunities & capitalises on “Add-on” sales opportunities across projectsHighlight and actively engage all project stakeholders and maintain close and on-going relationships through the life of the project. This includes effective communication within the project and to stakeholders
