I’m committed to continuous improvement by using my breadth of experience within the insurance industry and ability to analyse and interpret data as a qualified actuary. I strive to create action and implement solutions to deliver value and insights to our partners, as well as value to shareholders. It’s this passion and results orientated approach that helps in my role as Chief Claims Officer at Munich Re. In my role, I am incredibly proud of the way we’ve been able to build partnerships, and provide insights and support improvements in claims management across the industry. These actions will enable Munich Re to deliver on its purpose to drive sustainable life insurance, with our clients, for our community.Undoubtedly, I’m happiest when surrounded by husband David, and enjoying the company of my two adult sons, Josh and Jacob, with their lovely partners - whether at home having a bbq and a swim, or holidaying together. Otherwise you will find me with a book or a glass of wine, or both, in hand listening to (my version) of good music.
