At CCAH, I implemented and managed direct mail initiatives, with digital integration, on behalf of industry-leading non-profit organizations. I provided clients with comprehensive budget updates and statistical reporting, strategy recommendations, detailed testing reports, and time-sensitive, relevant products on a weekly basis. Served to provide client services, support, and troubleshooting. I also assisted in leading quarterly benchmark analysis and meetings, as well as monthly strategy meetings. In addition, I edited and managed fundraising campaigns for prospect and conversion audiences, and approved comprehensive and campaign-based mail plans and backend processing.

During my 10 years with Engage USA, I managed fundraising campaigns and direct mail initiatives for political, non-profit organizations. I wrote and created legislative and fundraising letters to specified donors in order to maximize profit and establish long-term donors for both prospect and conversion campaigns. I assisted in data analysis and troubleshooting, as well as, the production of mailings, printer relations, client relations, and price analysis. With Engage, I maintained a full and timely schedule for multiple clients and marketing initiatives. I also served as conversion division leader and liaison between departments, executives, and stakeholders.

Owned and operated an investment-driven LLC. Managed rental property. Located, interviewed, and signed tenants, managed lease agreements, finances, and scheduling, and initiated maintenance and repairs.

Assisted with meetings, administrative duties including applying and acquiring state-issued grants, event planning, and other tasks associated with new business endeavors. • Successfully acquired a loan from the State of Virginia of a sum larger than $20K. • Jointly planned and hosted an event that Virginia Governor, Terry McAuliffe, attended and spoke.
