Scentregroup (Westfield TTP) provided me with fantastic opportunities to work on customer engagement activities across the center, including the launch of Local Hero's Programs, Pop-up Valet services, and helping the marketing department with various customer engagement experiences, such as seasonal events and school holidays. I was also fortunate to be a part of the launch of the $50 million Dining and Entertainment precinct at Westfield Tea Tree Plaza, co-ordinating the Launch Ambassadors, uniforms for 500+ staff, and consulting with the local community during development.My responsibilities have included the management of the daily operations of stores, ensuring a superior shopping experience. In addition, I have maintained high standards of customer engagement in terms of customer service and support, merchandising, presentation, and product quality. Keeping track of agreed budgets, meeting sales targets, maximizing profits, and maintaining standards and stock flow for all areas of the store. This includes clothing, nursery furniture, prams, car seats, and toys.Over the years I have had the opportunity to motivate and inspire my teams by providing exceptional communication, consumer engagement, and creative sales strategies. Identify and develop a talent pool of team members, and ensure all teams and visitors adhere to company policies and procedures. In addition, focus on marketing, logistics and stock management, and information technology.In light of my upcoming graduation from the University of South Australia with a Bachelor of Business Management, I am eager to begin my career challenges. I am eager to utilize the knowledge that I have gained and combine it with my work experiences to help me grow and develop within the retail industry.
