I am a Senior studying Environmental Engineering at the University of Colorado Boulder. I have always been very passionate about the environment and finding ways to educate others about our climate and changing my own habits. I am pursuing environmental engineering so that I can make a positive impact on the earth through my day-to-day work and help mitigate the effects of climate change. At CU Boulder I have participated in many different clubs and associations committed to sustainability on campus such as the CU Boulder Energy and Sustainability Society, as well as the Mission Zero Climate Ambassadors. I have also taken on several leadership roles in other organizations on campus including Engineers Without Borders Nepal, and the Backcountry Squatters.
