With over ten years of experience in the technology industry, I am passionate about empowering small and medium-sized businesses (SMBs) to achieve their goals and grow their potential. As a Peer Group Facilitator at Pax8, the best place to buy cloud solutions, I leverage my leadership and technology expertise to create and facilitate engaging and collaborative peer groups for managed service providers (MSPs) across the country.My journey in the technology field began in 2014, when I joined Hill Country Tech Guys as a Procurement Manager, following a personal loss that motivated me to pursue a new career path. There, I quickly advanced to Service Support Manager and then Director of Service Operations, overseeing the delivery of IT solutions and services to SMBs in various industries. During my tenure, I obtained the Vigil Certified Partner Online certification from 3xLOGIC, a leading provider of cloud-based video surveillance and analytics solutions. I also participated in several peer groups and mentorship programs, where I learned from and shared with other industry leaders and professionals. In May 2023, I joined Pax8 as a Peer Group Facilitator, where I continue to apply and expand my skills and knowledge, while supporting and inspiring other MSPs to succeed and thrive in the cloud.
