Gaining 15 skills from working 3 jobs, although the most impactful skills I gained were having better communication with others and in front of people getting me out of my comfort zone. I had to develop interpersonal skills to help better serve the customers and work as a team. I understood what tasks needed to be done and was promoted to coordinator. I am a 19-year-old majoring in human development and family studies and I want to help better teach our future and know I can use my techniques and skills learned from jobs. I want to be the teacher for the children who feel lost or stuck to make them comfortable in a safe space. I was a cashier and made all customers feel welcomed in our store. I served my best service to satisfy company's looks.
