This role involves maintaining a high standard of customer service/ customer satisfaction, processing finance applications, adding vehicles to stock, advertising on various outlets. I answer enquiries via telephone, live chat, emails and face to face, liaising with customers, mechanics, finance brokers/ lenders, external dealers and suppliers. I am responsible for recording customer information, maintaining spreadsheets, entering invoice information onto DMS and allocating costs to correct product for accurate profit and loss analysis.

During my time in this role, I enjoyed helping learners develop their self-confidence, independence and abilities while providing academic support. I was responsible for logging daily reports for learners regarding their behaviour and progress on their course.

I managed the Apprenticeship Scheme, carried out three-monthly apprentice training reviews, and attended apprentice recruitment interviews. I also managed and supervised the two Training Administrators in line with company policy.I monitored the Training Administrators’ performance in line with agreed targets and objectives, ensuring that the team working and consistency, and provided leadership, direction and development.The role involved resolving queries from all levels in regards to training, dealt with/ provided solutions for any queries that arose from the facilitating of a training course, dealt with queries from suppliers and venues in a professional and efficient manner to maintain relationships, and provided solutions for all external staff training across Energy Services division.I coordinated training events, conducted needs analysis, and maintained training arrangements, ensured that training was delivered on time and to quality expected.

I was involved with the management of the Gas Safe Registration for all Gas qualified engineers within company, and the management of internal and external gas audit teams. I organised and renewed First Aid Training and Health and Safety Training, and managed Asbestos Awareness Training, CSCS Health & Safety Training and card applications.I carried out apprentice reviews, monitored apprentices and dealt with queries, ensured all training was industry compliant, maintained training records, ensuring qualifications are current.
