Working closely with the Head of Resourcing and Head of L&OD to develop a successful and effective shared services team.

HR Manager within the senior leadership team of a multi-academy trust. The Trust included 7 secondary and primary academies employing 500 people across West Yorkshire and Oldham. In this role I was instrumental in the growth of the Trust from 100 employees to 500. I was responsible as the HR lead in driving HR strategy across the Trust and shaping the Trust’s approach to employee relations. The role demanded flexibility between implementing HR strategies alongside involvement in operational HR where HR skills in the academies were still in development.
