  As an office manager, I am responsible for assisting with patients' problems and questions, reassuring their concerns and providing support when needed. I manage patient appointments, prepare patients for surgical procedures and provide instructions for post-surgical care. I am responsible for booking surgical procedures, purchasing medical equipment and supplies. I also coordinate the surgical and call schedule for the plastic surgery department at Sacre Coeur Hospital.Other tasks include assisting in the development and marketing of our practice. I respond to prospective patients' emails and provide estimates for surgeries. I do the bookkeeping, billing and ensure that all invoices are paid.On top of my responsibilities, I have overseen the renovations of our fabulous new office.
