The problem is, most of us don’t realise the power we have inside us, most of us go through life thinking things just happen to us. The day you realise that you and only you are in control of your whole life is the day that everything changes, but sometimes we all need a little help along the way.That’s why I founded TTM Coaching, with a mission to leave everything and everyone better than we found them. Our vision is HUGE and we're here to create GLOBAL IMPACT across businesses, schools, universities, charities, and public services through the power of coaching. Similar to having access to a medical or dental plan, I want you to have access to coaching too. Our work focuses on three important steps. 1. Creating individual awareness - if you’re not aware of your thoughts and how they're shaping your actions and behaviours, how can you change them?2. Ownership - if you don’t take responsibility for your thoughts, actions, and behaviors then you are outsourcing both your power and blame. 3. Taking action - while steps 1 & 2 are the foundation, none of us will ever reach our desired state of being without taking meaningful and aligned action. As a coachee once said to me, “I have made the hard choice to do the work to make my life easier, where instead I could have taken the easy choice to do nothing which was making my life hard” We want everyone to live happier, easier, and more fulfilled lives and it all starts and ends with you.
